We absolutely LOVE Summertime! Camping, hiking, fishing, boating, gardening, and nights by the bonfire – what’s not to like? But all of this fun can be hard on your skin. You can discourage summer bugs from biting with our Bug-Off Soap and Bug-Off Shampoo Soap, and slather on the sunscreen, but if that’s not enough, soothe aggravated skin with our natural Bug & Bother Balm.
We grow the yarrow, plantain, comfrey, and hemp on our little, family farm in Cumberland, Maryland. We harvest them at just the right time, dry them, and then infuse them into olive oil. Then, we add some organic beeswax to firm up the balm, vitamin E for more skin happiness, and rosemary antioxidant plus Leucidal SF Complete (a natural preservative) to keep the balm fresh as the summer flowers for as long as possible.
