Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, please reach out immediately if any product in your order is damaged in transit. You must include pictures of the damage and of the package in which it arrived. We insure our packages, so will replace the item immediately.

Every Body is different, so what works well for one person may not work well for another. Therefore, we suggest that you try the smallest size of a new product to see if you like it before buying a larger size. 

• We will not accept a return of an item because a customer does not like it. However, we encourage you to reach out to us, as we may be able to offer compensation or a discount on a different item. 

If there is any other problem with your order, please reach out immediately. We will do our best to meet your needs. 

Cancellations:

Customers may cancel an order and receive a full refund – card processing fee any time prior to shipping. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
